The annual WFCU UnWind is the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Union's most exciting event of the year, bringing together the global credit union movement for one awesome night!

This exclusive, closed-door performance is reserved solely for our global credit union community. Step into the concert hall for Great Opera Hits, a 90-minute journey through opera’s most beloved arias, performed by the stars of Opera Australia.

From Puccini to Verdi, every note fills the world-famous venue with beauty, emotion, and inspiration. A night of world-class music and shared celebration, in the heart of Sydney’s most legendary stage.

This inspiring performance takes place in the magnificent Joan Sutherland Theatre, named in honor of the legendary Australian soprano Dame Joan Sutherland.

Proceeds from this extraordinary evening benefit the Worldwide Foundation for Credit Unions, empowering credit union systems and advancing financial inclusion around the world.

Private water taxi transfer from Darling Harbour to Sydney Opera House. Return private water taxis after performance back to Darling Harbour.

      Ticket Only Timing:

      • 6:30pm: Arrive to Sydney Opera House on own (no entrance allowed before 6:30pm)

      • 9:00pm: Performance Ends
      • Return to your hotel on your own (no transportation included)

      No photography in the theatre. During the performance, photo and video may only be taken during the bows at the end and no flash photography is allowed.

      Accessibility Information
      The Sydney Opera House is designed to be accessible, with step‑free access to most public areas including foyers, theatres, dining areas, and amenities. 

      Ramps, lifts, and accessible pathways are in place to connect different levels of the venue. There are also accessible seating areas in all theatres.

      Mobility scooters and similar devices can generally be used throughout the precinct, including indoor spaces. There are lifts and accessible routes into key venues like the Concert Hall and Joan Sutherland Theatre.
